For those of us who are adventurous by nature, taking our 40+ year old cars on lengthy trips gets our own personal engines running. However, when taking cars that old on a long trip, we'd better be ready for the possibility that their engines may stop running!
The following are some helpful tips to help make our adventures fun and safe. Wayne Metz calls this a MET Tool Box based on the motto many of us learned in our youth as Scouts -- Be Prepared.
The Box contains items to take on a trip when we drive our METs that could come in handy should a breakdown occur. (Of course, we all know that could never happen!)
